No Fee Roth Ira

No Fee Roth IRA Another RRSP

Are you looking for another retirement saving account? Do you want to diversify your retirement accounts? Do you want something more than the same old employer sponsored 401k account? Then a no fee Roth IRA account may be just what you are looking for.

Why a no fee Roth IRA? Well, first off there are no fees! You can save for retirement without the administrators of your Roth IRA account "nickel and dime"-ing you into the retirement poor house. Second, there are some inherent advantages in having a no fee Roth IRA as opposed to some of the other saving vehicles. Following, we will discuss why a no fee Roth IRA is the right choice for you.

The Roth IRA, is taxed when you deposit the money into your retirement account. However, the money that is in the account is allowed to grow and grow and grow, entirely tax-free! That's because the money in the no fee Roth IRA is not tax deductible like the Traditional IRA but is rather tax deferred.

Because the no fee Roth IRA is a tax deferred account, that means that when you begin to take distributions, you will not be taxed again ever (unless you break the rules…we'll talk about that later). That means that if in retirement, you move up a tax bracket or two, it will not affect the amount of money you receive from your no fee Roth IRA distribution.

The only time your distribution will be taxed is if you take an early withdrawal, and even then, only the gains your money has made is taxable. Not only will your earnings be taxed, but there will also be a penalty accessed for the early withdrawal.

Another time that the penalty and taxes will be accessed against your earnings is if you begin to take distributions before the account has been established for five years. If the account is less than five years old, even if you are 59 and a half years old or older, you cannot take distributions without being penalized and taxed.

There are certain situations when you can take early withdrawal of your no fee Roth IRA contributions without being accessed with a penalty or being taxed. Some of the reasons are things such as education, a first home, extreme medical bills, and so forth.

But if you have more than five years to retirement and you wish to have a vehicle for retirement that will not be affected by what tax bracket you will be in upon retirement, the no fee Roth IRA is for you. You can contribute to the no fee Roth IRA as long as you are alive, and when you begin to receive distributions from your no fee Roth IRA, you will be receiving the monies and earnings entirely tax-free.
